Designing Your Imaginary DR Dream House & Entering the Real Estate World

When I decided that it was time to move to a smaller property, something that would be custom made and require less maintenance,the first thing I needed to do was find a reliable builder.
Fortunately having contacted Watson Homes Real Estate in Sosua
http://www.watsonhomes.tv previously, they were able to put me in touch with the very person who built their own home.
The next step was to put the house up for sale with them, they also suggested using other Estate Agents in the area to hopefully achieve a quick sale so we decided to use the well known Century 21 Estate Agents in Sosua http://www.juanperdomo.com/eng/
Now we need to wait for a sale - in the meantime I'm trying to design the look of the new villa

Here below is an example of my creation of my new home in the Dominican Republic, of course its all imaginary at the moment I used a program called floor planner http://www.floorplanner.com to create it using plot measurements etc although you can only do one plan for free ....you can design it down to the plug sockets and even cushions and rugs
